She is survived by: her children, Anthony Forshee, Amy Forshee, Patricia Forshee and Thomas Forshee; her grandchildren, Keely, Hailey, Curtis, Andrea, Harley, Makayla, Ziya, Carla, Carlos and Layla; and her siblings, Bobby, William, Kathy, Cheryl, Charlotte, Carla and Johnny Ray.
