He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Cornelia Friesma and Henry Veenstra; his former life partner Lorraine; his children, Daniel Veenstra and Patricia Veenstra; his wife Hilda of Paisley; his children, Lorna Morrow (Patrick) of Indian River, Mi, Beth Ventimiglia (Tony) of Clinton Township, Mi and Dale Veenstra (Joanne) of Ann Arbor, Mi; and his stepson John Jerico of Barberville. He was also cherished by eleven grandchildren, twenty-four great grandchildren and two nieces and a nephew.
