She is survived by: her father Jack Allen; her brother Robert Allen; her husband Kenny Hebert; her children, Jenni Smith (Johnny) and Wesley Hebert (Taylor); her granddaughters, Adelyn, Aubrey and Averly Hebert; and her sisters, Penny Powers (Earnest) and Janice Bohannon (Jesse).
