He is survived by: his wife Claudia "Ann" Barber of Palatka; his sons, William Francis Barber III of Palatka and Jason Barber of Palatka; his brothers, Pete Henry of Signal Mountain and Ken (Missy Barber); and his grandchildren, Hailey Barber and Avery Barber.
