He was predeceased by: his former wives, Maggie Belle Womeldorf and Josephine Dortch Womeldorf; and his daughter-in-law Faye Womeldorf. He is survived by: his wife Louise Carnes Womeldorf of Palatka; his children, Charles O. "Chuck" Womeldorf, Jr. of Lake City, Becky Motley (Scott) of Jacksonville and Margaret Youngblood (Terry) of Hawthorne; and his stepchildren, Julie Richter (Steve) of East Palatka and Stephen West of Palatka. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; one great great grandson; and numerous nieces and nephews.
