She was predeceased by: her husband Roy Thomas; her father Frank Collins; her stepmother Fannie Lou Collins; her mother Beatrice Collins; her siblings, Leroy Collins, Nathaniel Collins, David Collins, Isaac Collins, Sadie Gilmore and Ella Faye Ansley; and her stepbrother James Walter.
She is survived by: her children, James Roy "Jimmy" Thomas of Palatka, Mark Allen Thomas (Pat) of Interlachen, Joseph "Joey" Thomas (Vickie) of St. George, SC and Pamela S. Morgan (John) of Palatka; her siblings, Frank Collins, Jr. (Tye), Ethel May Moore and Barbara Browning; and her stepsisters, Sammie Carter (Jim), Linda Gilmore, Clara Parish (Will), Joan O'Connell (Patrick), Yana Herold (Craig) and Mary Anisowicy (Mike). She is also survived by ten grandchildren; and many great grandchildren.
