She was predeceased by: her parents, Billie Deel and Geneva Collins Prater. She is survived by: her children, Anthony S. Lewis, Jr. (Rachel) of Jacksonville, Elizabeth Lewis of Palatka and Derek Lewis of Palatka; her siblings, Barbara Albright, Janet Greico (Frank), Steven Fowler, Hassell Deel (Judy) and Debbie Deel Householder; and her grandchildren, Madison Branham, Mason Branham, Kacey Lewis, Austin Lewis and Conner Lewis.
