She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Gene and Judith Ann Rice of Mansfield, OH; and her son Joseph Bilyou. She is survived by: her children, Merisa Rice of Gainesville, FL, Angela Bowen (Martin) of Samson, AL and Joshua Bilyou of Narrow, VA; and her siblings, Greg Rice, Richard Rice (Debbie), Terri Potts (Donald) and Cyndi Arnold (Billy). She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; and many beloved nieces and nephews.
