It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances A. Bays of Palatka, Florida, who passed away on August 2, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Pruitt and Louise Pruitt; her husband James "Jim" Bays; her sister Margaret Helen Pruitt; and her cousin Allen Phipps.
She is survived by: her nephews, Mike Crews (Peggy), Billy Crews (Tammy) and Scott Ard; her cousins, Martha Farmer and Polly McCallum; her pet Prissy; and her daughter Josee. She is also survived by several great nieces and nephews and their children.
