He was predeceased by: his wife Ida Willingham; his parents, John Willingham and Eunice Willingham; his daughter Mary Alice Willingham; his brother Johnny B. Willingham; and his son-in-law Mitchell Cannon, Jr..
He is survived by: his daughters, Gayla Beck, Wendy Cannon and Teresa J. Lusk; the mother of his children Regina Knight; his brother Mack; his sister-in-law Ann Willingham; his sisters, Janelle Bowen and Nancy (Tommy Whitener); and his grandchildren, Tabitha Norris, Gary Lusk, Jeremy Lusk, Gage Stewart and Tyler Willingham. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
