He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Douglas and Nelma Douglas; his son Greg Douglas; his brothers, Jack "Danny" Douglas and William "Little Willie" Douglas; and his brother-in-law Clyde Thomas.
He is survived by: his significant other Tammy Sunday; his sons, Chad Douglas of Palm Coast and Dustin Douglas (Lauren) of Palatka; his sisters, Linda Kirkland (James) and Gail Flanders (Mike); and his grandchildren, Greg Johnson, Jacob Douglas, Olivia Douglas, Mikel Douglas, Arabella Jones, Amberlynn Jones, Camden Douglas and Caden Douglas.
