He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Johntry and Doris Johntry; his brother Gene "Doc" Johntry; and his sibling's children, Michael Howard "Howie" Johntry and Jessica Lynn Stewart.
He is survived by: his wife Jo Johntry of Johnson; his son Harry F. Johntry, Jr. of Johnson; his siblings, Howard "Buddy" Johntry (Paula) of Orange Springs and Jackie Hertlein of Keuka; his grandchildren, Eric Russell Johntry, Tara Ivie and Daniel Cooper; his pet Jack; and also Laurie Johntry.
