He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Hill and Zennia Hill; and his siblings, Ronald Hill and Rosemarie White. He is survived by: his daughters, Debbie Harrell (Richard) of Palatka and Missy Johns (Dean) of Palatka; his grandchildren, Jamie Harrell, Hollie Stouffer (Cody), Fallon Gentry (Jerry), Scott Thomas (Liz) and Josh Thomas (Clark Levi); his great grandchildren, Nolan Williams, Jade Thomas, Aubrey Thomas, Blair Thomas and Charlotte Thomas; his nephew Greg Hill (Jodi); and his nieces, Ronda Gatchell (Greg) and Angie Taylor (Matt).
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Masters Funeral Home (3015 Crill Ave, Palatka, FL 32177). A memorial service was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Masters Funeral Home - Palatka Chapel (3015 Crill Ave, Palatka, FL 32177).
