He was predeceased by: his mother Tanya H. Carmichael; and his grandparents, Charles, Betty Carmichael, Duane and Elizabeth Hopkins.
He is survived by: his wife Lacy Goss; his daughter Jaylyn Carmichael; his father Charles Carmichael; his stepmother Cindy Carmichael; his siblings, Christy Little and Charlie Carmichael; and his stepsiblings, Aaron Salmon and Jeni Salmon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
