He is survived by: his father Jorge Perez of Hollister; his children, Jeannie Lombardi of Waterboro, CT and Wayne Perez of Oakville, CT; and his siblings, Victor Perez (Tabetha) of Interlachen, Nehemiah Perez of Hollister, Nellie Arroyo of Philadelphia, Regina Alberte (Fidel) of Derby, CT and Marisol Perez of Palatka. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
