He is survived by: his girlfriend Lucille Estes; his children, Dr. Richard Perallon (Liselot), Dr. Robert Perallon (Richadetta), Omar Perallon (Giovanna) and Jacquelyn Stearns Perallon (Ken); his grandchildren, Vanessa Chesnut (Clark), Daniella Johnson Perallon (Matt), Gabriella Delgado Perallon (William) and Erik Stearns; his great grandchildren, Caleb Chesnut, Elena Chesnut and Chase Chesnut; his aunt Maria Perallon; his niece Auroisa Tagrin; and his nephew Randy Winters (Wilma). He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Johnson-Overturf Chapel (307 S Palm Ave, Palatka, FL 32177). A funeral service was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the WestView Cemetery (321 Osceola St, Palatka, FL 32177).
