She is survived by: her husband Tommy Lee Smith, Jr.; her children, Tommy Lee Smith, III (Leslie), Grant Michael Smith and Mackinzi Lexi Smith; her grandchildren, Cora Faye Smith (Waylon), Katlyn Smith (Scott), Kyler Lee Smith Colby D. (Kynlee), Chelsea Arnold and Camden Arnold; and her great grandchildren, Mila, Oaklee, Nevaeh and Conway.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the New Beginning Baptist Fellowship (915 S Moody Rd, Palatka, FL 32177). A burial was held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Bostwick Cemetery (200 Bostwick Cemetery Rd, Palatka, FL 32177).
