He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Kyle Messer and Edna Jane Bowles Messer; and his son Roger Kyle Messer. He is survived by: his children, Tammy Sue Williams (Michael), Larry Wayne Messer (Lori) and David Lawrence Messer (Kelly); and his grandchildren, Larry Wayne Messer, Jr., Lucas James Messer, Savannah Williams, London Williams, Brittany Messer and Jacob Messer. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren and many other loving relatives and friends.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Oak Hill West Cemetery S. (2900 Crill Ave, Palatka, FL 32177).
In Lieu of flowers, the family would like a monetary donation to the SAFE Pet Rescue, Moody Road, Palatka.
