It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lisa Grant (Palatka, Florida), born in Albany, New York, who passed away on August 16, 2021, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations in Lisa's name be made to Haven Hospice Roberts Care Center, 6400 St. Johns Ave., Palatka, FL 32177 or the Putnam Land Conservancy.
