She was predeceased by: her husband Harold Scott Hazlett; her children, John Hazlett, Henry Hazlett and Mary Hazlett; and her parents, Henry Faber and Margaret Faber.

She is survived by: her children, Tom Hazlett of Palmyra, VA, Virginia Harper (Buddy) of Interlachen, Kathy Jordan (Andy) of Alpharetta, GA and Herb Hazlett of Middleburg. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and a great-granddaughter.
