It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Lou Carr (Palatka, Florida), born in Beckley, West Virginia, who passed away on September 3, 2022, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her father Paul Carr, Jr.; her brothers, Daniel Mark Carr and Paul John Carr, III; her aunt Genevieve Alvers; and her uncle Earl Alvers.

She is survived by : her mother Phyllis Carr of East Palatka; her children, Paul Douglas Speer of Ohio and Krystyna Speer of Palatka; her sister Helen Carr of York, PA; and her granddaughter Marissa Speer.
