She was predeceased by: her father Paul Carr, Jr.; her brothers, Daniel Mark Carr and Paul John Carr, III; her aunt Genevieve Alvers; and her uncle Earl Alvers.
She is survived by: her mother Phyllis Carr of East Palatka; her children, Paul Douglas Speer of Ohio and Krystyna Speer of Palatka; her sister Helen Carr of York, PA; and her granddaughter Marissa Speer.
