He is survived by: his children, Michael Gale (Jinger) and Sarah Mast (Griffin); his brother Robert Gale (Pamela); his grandchildren, Kristen Price (Clay), Amber Lavender (Nathan), Jessica Gale, Jennifer Gale, Garrett Mast and Grayson Mast; and his great grandchildren, Annabelle Price, Rhyden Nelson, Damian Lavender and Jensen Lavender.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
