He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Harrell and Esther Harrell; and his wife Linda Sue Harrell. He is survived by: his son Shane; his daughter-in-law Amber Harrell of Palatka; his daughter Sarah Harrell-Sloan of Palatka; his brother Ernest Wayne; his sister-in-law Delma Harrell of Palatka; his sisters, Esther Judon Janus (Martin) of Palatka and Lisa Harrell of Palatka; and his grandchildren, Dallas Harrell, Makenna Harrell, Krysta Harrell and Jenna Lane.
