She was predeceased by: her husband Philip J. Leary; her parents, Isaac Berton and Zorada Belle Tyre (Carter); and her siblings, Irving Tyre (Jody), Welch Tyre (Frieda), Park Tyre (Lois), Roy Tyre (Ruby), Paul Tyre (Martha), Hazel Bahr (Alfred), Margaret Halverson (Bernt), Ruth Stanley (Billy), Loubelle Long (Davis) and Esther Schultz (Jack).
She is survived by: her children, Phyllis Criswell, Philip Leary, Tamara Delaporte (Chris), Gregory Leary (Tish) and Arthur Leary (Charmaine); and her grandchildren, Julie Criswell (Veronica), Jill Adams (Brock), Caroline Parker (John), Austin Leary (Shelby), Tara Shelley McNeely (Shawn), Stephen Shelley (Jenny), Lynn Delaporte Thomas (Evan), Amanda Leary, Andrea Harris (Matt), Daniel Bailey (Torie) and Meagan Azzara (Steven).
Flowers are accepted or donations may be made in her honor to St. Mark's Episcopal Church, The Lee Conlee House, or the Palatka Christian Service Center – Heart of Putnam.
