He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent E. Tillman and Edith O. Nicholson; his stepfather Elwyn "Nick" Nicholson, Jr.; and his stepbrother David "Butch" Nicholson. He is survived by: his wife Summer D. Tillman of Palatka; his children, Randall Lee "Hank" Tillman, Jr. of Starke, Angela Smith (Roy) of St. Augustine and Renee Matchett (Derrick) of Palatka; and his grandchildren, Bodie Matchett, Bindi Matchett, Eva Logan, Levi Smith, Luke Smith, Simon Smith, Roy Smith IV and Audrey Smith.
