It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Randy F. Cumbo of Palatka, Florida, born in Grundy, Virginia, who passed away on July 19, 2025, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Randy departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Randy may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Randy leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his former wife Gloria Jean Cumbo; his son Tommy Cumbo; his parents, Clarence Cumbo and Lockie Cumbo; and his brother Ronald Cumbo.
He is survived by: his wife Melissa Cumbo; his sons, Jason Cumbo (CeCe) and Justin Cumbo (Penny); his granddaughter Dacey Cumbo (Danny Garcia); his brothers, Richard Cumbo (Fern) and Ray Cumbo (Tina Fryer); and his great grandchild Samuel Garcia. He is also survived by grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Masters Funeral Home (3015 Crill Ave, Palatka, FL 32177). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Masters Funeral Home - Palatka Chapel (3015 Crill Ave, Palatka, FL 32177).
