He is survived by: his caregivers, Ashley, Ginny, Lenore and Tiffany; his wife Kathleen Kelly Green; his stepchildren, Lory Denney (Michael), Mark Howell (Ann) and Christy Howell McNeil; his grandchildren, Cameron Green, Carina Green (Jason Goad), Colin Green (Kelly Goodchild), Kristin Donor (R. J.), Jason Green (Christina), Daniel Green, Kelly Green (Justin Powers), Zoey Thomas, Mindy DeAngelis (Dominic), Gabriel Denney (Savanna), Cameron Denney, Samantha Denney, Mariah Denney, Emily Denney, Ethan Howell and Catalina Howell; his great grandchildren, Rowan Green, Dylan Robinson, Katelyn Robinson, Lily Donor, Mia DeAngelis, Haiden DeAngelis, Sophia DeAngelis and Antoinette Green; and his nieces and nephews, Nancy Green, Matthew Green, Julie Cooke (Andrew), Richie Green and Randy Green.
