She is survived by: her children, Michelle Conley of Jacksonville, FL, Tiffany Barley of Palatka, FL and Christian Perkins of Puyallup, WA; and her grandchildren, Zachary Schend, Tristan Barely, Madison Perkins and Devon Barley.
