He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Burk and Ola Fouste Burk; his brother Don Burk; and his stepdaughter Cherii Rankin. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Burk; his children, Richard Burk, Jr. (Bethany) of St. Augustine and Dawn Burk Rawls (Jeff) of Palatka; his stepdaughter Dorae Pagano of Parker, Arizona; his grandchildren, Charlie (Rachel), Paula (Dave), Stephanie (Brandon), Hayley, Brooke, Gavin, Kash, Liam and Dorae (Kris); and his sisters, Nancy Perry (Toby) of Blairsville and Sheila Green (Jack) of Tacoma, Washington. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
