He is survived by: his children, Sheila McGowan (Donald) of Palatka, Frank Ellis (Melissa) of Lakeland and Brian Ellis (Amber) of Palatka; and his siblings, Ken Ellis (Elaine) of River Town, Wayne Ellis (Millie Johnson) of Palatka, Randy Ellis of Palatka and Robin Dixon (Ricky Woods) of Palatka. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
