He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Fowler and Lottie Fowler; and his brothers, Robert Fowler and John Fowler. He is survived by: his wife Denise M. Fowler; his children, Ginger (Neal Stahler), Rhonda (Robert Luke), Edee (Trey Appleton), Jackie (Doug Ireland) and Chuck; his daughter-in-law Lorie Fowler; his siblings, Jim Fowler, Gerry Fowler, Priscilla Fullerton, Roseanne Fowler, Sheryl Player, Cindy Crews and Susan Fowler; his sister-in-law Cindy Dollar Fowler; and his pet Belle Marie. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
