She was predeceased by : her husband John A Hanzook; her daughter Sharon Millican; her parents, Lorinda A. Buttach and Louis J. Buttach; and her siblings, Larry Buttach and Carrie Burley.
She is survived by : her daughters, Leslie Motes (Tank) of Palatka and Sandra Knox (John) of San Mateo; her grandchildren, Hans Millican (Faye), Christian Millican (Amy), Lanier Motes, Marcus Motes (Victoria) and Baker Knox (Katelyn); and her great grandchildren, Rowan Millican, Conner Millican, Adyson Rose Millican, Bryce Knox, Davis Motes and Thomas Motes.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be sent to Haven Hospice Roberts Care Center, 6400 St. Johns Ave., Palatka, FL 32177 or to Christ Independent Methodist Church, 4078 Silver Lake Drive, Palatka, FL 32177.
