He was predeceased by: his parents, Norma Jean Wilson Starr and John Robert Starr. He is survived by: his wife Tracye Starr; his children, Amanda Staggs (Josh) of Palatka, Daniel Starr (Kelly) of Palatka and Brandon Starr (Browns) of Palatka; his siblings, John Starr (Barbara) of Grand Junction, CO and Linda Starr of Hartsel; and his grandchildren, Annabelle Staggs, Amelia Staggs, Scarlett Starr, Archer Staggs and Violet Starr.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 5:00 PM at the Johnson-Overturf Chapel (307 S Palm Ave, Palatka, FL 32177).
