He is survived by: his father John "Buddy" Carter (Danielle); his children, Brittany, Levi and Hunter; his grandchildren, Raelyn, Rhyleigh, John, Wyatt and Jaxon; his siblings, Bud (Julie), Michael (Sarah), Jacob and Daisy (Billy); his grandparents, Charlie and Kathleen; and his siblings' children, Dalton, Dixie, Clay, Justin, Kylie, Skylar, Rissy, Mark and Lulu.
Viewing was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Trinity Baptist Church (5021 Silver Lake Dr, Palatka, FL 32177). A funeral service was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 11:15 AM to 11:30 AM at the West Oak Hill Cemetery South Palm.
