He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Victor Morales and Elizabeth Perez Morales; his sister Daisy Dennis; his wife Donna Morales; his children, Raul Morales, Joseph Spinelli, Thisbeth Morales, Patricia Prevot and Samantha Spinelli; his siblings, Rafael Morales, Fernando Morales, Cesar Morales, Evelyn Pezzotti and Jacqueline Pizarro; and his stepmother Rita Bonilla Morales. He was also cherished by 13 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; one God child.

In lieu of flowers, donations to help defray Victor's final expenses may be made to the family.
