He is survived by : his wife Jane of Crescent City; his children, William Richard Bila (Elizabeth) of North Lauderdale, Kymberly Gavone of Utah and Julie Anne Maurer of Deland; his siblings, Dale Enman and Carolyn Mooradian of Loxahatchee; and his grandchildren, Ryan, Kristian Maurer, Bayli, Ava Bila, Amador and Zavier Chavez. He is also survived by Several Nieces and Nephews.
