He was predeceased by: his grandfather Ralph Caldwell. He is survived by: his parents, David Cremer and Michelle Cremer (Caldwell); his brother Alex Cremer; and his grandparents, Ted, Dayna Cremer and Priscilla Caldwell. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, classmates.
Memorials may be made in Liam's honor to Claremore First Methodist Church Homeless Ministry at Adobe Village at 1615 N. St. Hwy 66.
