He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elisha Lacey and Deliah Lacey; his wife Sandra Lacey; his sister Carol Tura; and his children, Randy Lacey (Penny), Tammy Olvera (Steve) and Raymond Lacey (Whitney). He was also cherished by seven grandchildren.
