She was predeceased by: her son Douglas Alan Burkhead. She is survived by: her husband Donald Lee Burkhead; her daughters, Dawn (Eric Reynolds) and Nicole (Tim Coleman); and her grandchildren, Summer, Kayla, Micah (Olivia), Nathan and Jake. She is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
