She was predeceased by : her grandparents, Grover and Gracie Collins; and her uncle Grover C. Collins Jr. (Bubby). She is survived by : her husband TJ Ware; her children, Taylor Hughes (Devon), Logan and Casey; her grandchildren, Taliyah, Amiyah and DJ Hughes; and her parents, Suzie Adkins and Dewey Adkins of Doylestown, Ohio.. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

Donations may be made to the funeral home to help with Dawn's final expenses.
