He was predeceased by: his parents, Roswell Hembree and Jewell Hembree; and his grandson Alex Myers. He is survived by: his wife Fran Hembree (Frances); his children, Kristy Myers (Aaron Cadwallader), James Hembree (Jim) and Christopher Pettay; and his granddaughter Kasey Davis (Zach). He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
