He was predeceased by: his wife Gloria; and his siblings, Lawrence, Cyril, Victor, Osmond, Doris, Ambrozine and Mavis.
He is survived by: his children, Leo Francis (Morline), Floyd "Max" Francis (Anthea) and Alicia A. Francis (Devonnie); and his grandchildren, Nicola, Stashanie, Noelle, Symonne and Gabrielle. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to William Childs Hospice House for the wonderful care they gave to Mr. Francis.
