He was predeceased by: his parents, James T. O'Keefe Sr. and Anna O'Keefe Tobin. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn E. O'Keefe; and his children, Tom, Pat, Karen and Sharon. He is also survived by spouses, four grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
