He was predeceased by: his son Christopher Sweigert. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Sweigert; and his children, Joe Sweigert (Robin), Mary Henthrone (Mike), Jessie Howard, Virginia Leon, Melissa Rajcan (Dave), Darla Balderrama and Carla Worrell (Donald). He is also survived by nineteen grandchildren and forty-two great grandchildren.
