He was predeceased by: his parents, Vonda Withrow (Wilkinson) and Leslie Withrow; and his siblings, Paul, Bobby Joe, Stanley, Ronald Withrow, Carol Straughan and Katherine Withrow.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret "Betty" Withrow (Skelton); his children, Larry Withrow Jr. (Sara), Mark Withrow (Christine), Timothy Withrow and Tonja Flanagan; and his sister Debra Fuchs. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren.
