He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Stevens (Jackie) of Melbourne, Florida; his son Scott Stevens (Teresa); his grandsons, Kent and Jacob; his grandchildren-in-law, Regan and Rachel; his great grandchildren, Avery and Gracie; his brother Kent Stevens (Kathy Stevens) of Des Moines; and his nephew Kirk.
