He is survived by: his daughters, Alicia Maria Fralin (Mike) and Teshenna Luisa Spencer (Terrance); his siblings, Mary Cruz, Josephina Baez, Ulidalina Sastre (Chique), Jose and Herberto; his wife Tammy; his grandchildren, Joshua Fralin, Alana Fralin, Alexander Fralin, Alijah Fralin, Avery Fralin, Adriana Spencer and Malani Spencer; and his sisters, Elsa Howard (Larry), Carmen Quiles (Hector), Lucy Palermo (John) and Adela Castro.
