She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph A. Smith and Theresa A. Smith (Miller); her husband Charles F. Priester Jr.; and her former husband James H. Palmer. She is survived by: her children, Samuel Priester, Cynthia Priester, Crystal Erwin and Anngelica Priester; and her siblings, Carolyn Tolley, Judy Grega, Alicia Richards and Merlyn Smith (Buck). She is also survived by grandchildren and great – grandchildren.
