He is survived by: his wife Later; his stepdaughter Kristen Bland (Thomas Bland); his grandchildren, Allie Lewis, Skylar Bland, Ainsley Johnson and Masten Bland; his pet Nova; and his friends, Evelyn Downs, Larraine Phipps and Linsey Dean.
