He is survived by: his wife Linda Kratzer; his children, Philip R. Kratzer II (Michele) and Nancy Lachner (Harry); his grandchildren, Christina, Marissa, Nicolas and Emily; his great grandchildren, Xavier, Izayah, Jaleena, Gioni and Evan; and his siblings, Allen Kratzer (Sandra) and Diana Flynn. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
